Many do prefer our intensive 1 on 1 Personal Training(which delivers the fastest results) however some clients will want company as they workout and to get that personal training attention on a budget.
Group Training is different from Regular bootcamp as you working on building muscle and losing fat.
In our group Fitness training you will build friendships, support and encourage your fellow teammate and grow as a group.
