Eat right loose weight

LOW CARB Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Oz of Cheese
  • 2 Small Onions
  • 3 Mushrooms
  • 1 Organic Sausage
  • 1/2 a Yellow Pepper
  • Crushed Pepper and Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tabled Spoon of Turmeric
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, mushrooms, yellow pepper and sausage.
  2. Saute them in a non stick frying pan and use coconut oil till the onions are get brown.
  3. Whisk the 3 eggs in a bowl and mix the sauteed veggies into the mix.
  4. Pour the entire mix into a frying pan on medium heat.
  5. Wait for the bottom to become hard, the top might still be a bit liquid.
  6. Add the cheese strips evenly across the omelette.
  7. When the cheese begin to melt fold the omelette and sear on both sides.
  8. Voila!!! Enjoy your omelette.



LOW CARB Kebab Meal

Ingredients

  • Grass fed minced meat
  • Asparagus
  • Garlic
  • Chilies
  • Pepper S
  • Salt
  • Tahini Sauce
  • Pomegranate molasses
  • Onions
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the garlic, chilies, onions and saute it with pepper and salt and any meat spice you prefer.
  2. Mix the sauteed mix into a bowl and add the grass fed minced meat and roll into rolls or kebabs and list brush coconut oil on them, preparing them for shallow frying.
  3. Shallow pry the kebabs and evenly cook it on all sides till cooked. 
  4. Create a sauce by mixing Tahini sauce with lemon juice and pomegranate molasses and add water till you achieve the consistency you prefer.
  5. saute asparagus on medium heat with butter, pepper and salt and let it soften, Slow cook it rather than fry it.
